About Us

Intsha Yobunye Youth Community Development was initiated in 2021 with the goal of compiling a database of graduates and developing skills within Kwaximba. Officially registered as a Non-Profit Company (NPC) in 2024, the organization was founded by nine graduates and students from diverse disciplines. Since its inception, Intsha Yobunye has garnered a positive response, particularly in Kwaximba, and has grown its presence on social media. Our organization is committed to inclusive youth development, with short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals aimed at engaging every youth in Kwaximba, regardless of political affiliation.

Short Term Goals

Successfully launch and operationalize the new office. It is now fully functional and open Monday through Friday. We commend the committee members for their contributions to setting up and maintaining the office.
Medium Term Goals

Provide computer literacy training to community members, especially young individuals lacking computer skills. Our aim is to ensure each participant gains a basic understanding of computer use.
Long Term Goals

Develop a sustainable and engaging stakeholder partnership model that fosters mutual growth and success. Additionally, we aspire to offer skills development programs for community youth, helping individuals advance in various fields.
